Heritage Defense Group provides training for educational purposes only. Firearms training involves inherent risks. By participating, students acknowledge and assume all risks associated with:

  • Firearms handling

  • Live-fire range activities

  • Defensive training scenarios

  • Physical activity or stress-based drills


All students must follow instructor directions and all safety rules at all times.
Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in immediate removal without refund.

2. Not Legal Advice
HDG does not provide legal advice.
Any discussion regarding:

  • Use of force laws

  • Self-defense principles

  • California firearm regulations

  • Concealed carry requirements


is for general educational purposes only. Students should consult a licensed attorney or official state authority for legal guidance.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Completion of any HDG course does not:

  • Guarantee proficiency

  • Qualify a student for any license or certification unless explicitly stated

  • Ensure legal approval for concealed carry or firearm ownership

  • Guarantee performance under stress

Skills require ongoing practice and personal responsibility.

4. Use of Force Disclaimer
Students are responsible for understanding:

  • California Penal Code regarding self-defense

  • The lawful and appropriate use of force

  • Limitations on deadly force

  • Local and state firearm regulations

HDG is not responsible for any student’s decision to use force inside or outside class.

5. Non-Lethal and Medical Training Disclaimer
Training provided in:

  • Tactical first aid

  • CPR

  • Stop the Bleed

  • IFAK usage

is for educational purposes only and does not certify participants as medical professionals unless otherwise stated.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, register for training, or interact with us through any online or in-person services.


By using our website or services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Heritage Defense Group - Refund & Cancellation Policy

All class registrations are final. Refunds are only considered for verified emergencies, such as medical emergencies, hospitalization, or death in the family. Documentation may be requested.

 

For non-emergency situations, students may receive a one-time class credit toward a future class if they notify HDG at least 48 hours in advance. Credits must be used within 90 days and are generally non-transferable.

 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to attend, result in forfeiture of the class fee unless it qualifies as a verified emergency. If HDG cancels a class, students will receive either a free transfer to the next class or a full refund.

 

By registering, students agree to these terms.
